For “Ready to ship” pieces please allow up to 10 business days to ship. Business days are Monday-Friday.

If specific tab is “Made to order” that tab will list the processing time. Times can vary from a month-two depending on the amount of orders is received. Fabric can take up to a month to come in causing the time to vary.

Please note- When purchasing you are agreeing to waiting for turn over times. I do not accept returns… as processing orders, ordering fabric, etc etc all have costs. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFOREHAND IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WANT TO ‘FILE A DISPUTE’ because you don’t want to wait any longer to receive order. BY PURCHASING YOU ARE AGREEING TO PROCESSING TIME. I promise to be mindful and not go over 8 weeks, if it has been over 8 weeks than I will happily give a full refund.

$12 flat fee for all packages in the US
$20 flat fee for any packages outside of the US (China is $50)
Yes, I do international shipping.

Once your package is delivered and the tracking shows that it has been completed we are no longer responsible for its where abouts.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. If your product is in any way damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package via email at nawahinelole@yahoo.com or DM on Instagram.

If the 7-day time frame passes, a return/exchange for damaged or wrong size/style product is invalid.
